I was at a play date with my 4 year old at a woman's house. Two other women I hadn't met before were also in attendance with their children. We mother's were sitting on the floor while our children played around us. My daughter began playing with a toy shopping cart-pretending she was at a grocery store-I guess. After collecting some items, she approached me, removed one of the items-handed it to me and said: "Here's your beer mommy."
no one said anything, I was mortified. It was funny, but don't think the women thought so-we never did go back to that crowd.
