My two-year-old daughter wanted a temporary kid tattoo on her leg. Being in my nice, agreeable mommy mood, I put the kid tattoo on her. She immediately went into hysterics, 'GET IT OFF!!! GET IT OFF!!!' Although the kid's tattoos are supposed to be temporary, they actually stay put through bathing, scrubbing, etc. for about a month, so I was in panic mode trying to think of how to get the tattoo off of her (and stop the screaming). I remembered the instructions, but I didn't have any baby oil or rubbing alcohol on hand. Fortunately, I had a great solution - VODKA! Worked like a charm! I was sorry to waste good vodka on my child's leg (I needed it more after listening to all of that screaming), but it was worth it in the long run!
